For example:
Rúguǒ gōngsī xiǎng zū nàgè bàngōngshì，xūyào qiāndìng zūlìnxié yì.
如果      公司    想      租 那个        办公室，   需要        签订     租赁协议.
If our company wants to rent that office and need to sign up the leasing agreement.

Liǎngjiā gōngsī qiāndìng le màoyì hé tóng.
