rú shì zhòng fù
如释重负

Meaning:You feel a sense of relief if a heavy weight had been lifted from your mind.

For example:

Kǎo shì jié shù hòu wǒ gǎn dào rú shì zhòng fù.
考试结束后，我感到如释重负。
I felt a sense of relief after the examination.

Zhè hǎo xiāo xī shǐ wǒ rú shì zhòng fù .
这好消息使我如释重负.
The good news relieved me.

Bǎ suǒ yǒu de gōng zuò （ zuò yè ） zuò wán hòu wǒ rú shì zhòng fù.
把所有的工作（作业）做完后，我如释重负。
I felt a sense of relief when finished all the work/homework.
